We promise, we believe in our products and they are worth the small wait!
Thelma's Online typically ships all items within 7-15 days from the time the order is placed, unless explicitly noted otherwise. However, shipping within this time frame is not guaranteed. We are unable to "rush," "expedite" or otherwise any shipment.
While Thelma's Online strives to maintain it’s 7-15 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
No product will be shipped until full payment is received. Credit card processing can take up to 3 business day to complete.
- Thelma's will ship to any physical address in the US. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. We can ship outside of the US to Canada and the UK with additional cost. Contact us for pricing and terms. Some Packages may requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.
- Every product shipped is insured up to the full purchase price when the total order exceeds $75. It is Thelma's Online responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Thelma's to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
- Thelma's Online use many different carriers USPS,UPS,and Amazon Fulfillment. Some products are shipped directly from our supplier in which we don't have control of the carrier and shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier.
